Pluspoint — AI local marketing platform

Integrations

Connect Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, delivery and commerce platforms to Pluspoint, then map each connected profile to a location.

Integrations are the connections between Pluspoint and the platforms your business already runs on. Connect a platform and Pluspoint can pull in its reviews and conversations, publish posts on your behalf, and push business-profile edits back out. It can also trigger surveys from orders and reservations. Every review, social and messaging feature in Pluspoint depends on at least one integration being connected here.

Before you start

  • Your team’s Account Settings permission must be Full, or you must be the account owner.
  • Your subscription must be active and within its plan limits.
  • Create at least one location first. Connected profiles are mapped to locations, and only the Google connect flow can create a location for you.

Where to find it

SettingsIntegrations, or go to https://app.pluspoint.io/account-settings/integrations.

How the page is organised

The table shows one row per connected account, not one row per platform. If you connect two Google logins, you get two Google rows, each with its own account label, its own status and its own actions.

Statuses

StatusMeaningActions available
ConnectedPluspoint holds a working token or set of credentials for this account.Delete, plus Manage on the platforms that map profiles to locations
DisconnectedThe stored credentials stopped working — revoked at the platform, a password change, an expired refresh token, or permissions removed. Pluspoint also emails the account a disconnection notice.Reconnect, Delete
In progressAn iFood connection request has been sent but no merchant has been registered for the account yet.Delete

Row actions

ButtonWhen it appearsWhat it does
ManageOn a Connected row for a platform that maps profiles to locations: Google, Facebook, CoverManager, VTEX, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.Reopens the Manage integration modal so you can change which locations the account’s profiles are linked to.
ReconnectOn a Disconnected row.Restarts the same connect flow for that platform.
DeleteOn every row.Removes the connection after a confirmation. What else it removes depends on the platform — read the platform article before you use it.

Connect a platform

  1. Select Add integration.
  2. Find the platform and select Connect. What opens next depends on the platform: its own sign-in screen, a Meta pop-up, or a Pluspoint modal asking for credentials.
  3. Complete the platform’s authorisation, or fill in the credential fields.
  4. For most platforms the Manage integration modal then opens automatically so you can link the connected profiles to locations. Select Save.

A platform stays in the Add integration list as long as you can still add another account of it. Single-account platforms disappear from the list once connected.

Which account you sign in with decides what happens:

You connectResult
The same platform account that is already connectedThe connection is refreshed in place. Its token is renewed and its existing location links are restored.
A different account of a platform that allows several — Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, X, LinkedInA new row is added next to the existing one.
A single-account platform that is already connected — iFood, CoverManager, VTEXThe credentials you enter replace the stored ones. There is never a second row for these.

Map profiles to locations

For Google, Facebook, CoverManager, VTEX, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, connecting the account is only half the job. Pluspoint then needs to know which platform profile belongs to which Pluspoint location. That happens in the Manage integration modal.

  1. For each listed profile, choose Connect to location and pick a location from the Location dropdown, or choose Don’t connect.
  2. For Google only, you can also choose Create a new location to import the Google listing as a brand-new Pluspoint location.
  3. Select Save.

A location can hold only one connection per platform. The Location dropdown therefore hides locations already connected to that platform, including through a different account of the same platform. The row’s own current location always stays selectable.

API integrationAPI key or OAuthDirect read and write access to your account data

Two platforms only appear in the Add integration list when your account’s locale matches: iFood for Brazil and CoverManager for Spain. The account locale is set under SettingsAccount.

Zapier and API integration behave differently from the rest: neither creates a row in the table. Zapier opens an embedded Zapier widget, and API integration points to the documentation at https://docs.pluspoint.io.

Salesforce, Xero, Pipedrive, Hubspot and QuickBooks are listed with a Talk to sales button — there is no self-serve connection for these.

Note Local Directories is not on this page. It is a paid per-location add-on configured on each location — see Local Directories.

Request an integration

  1. Type the name of the platform you want in the search box.
  2. If the search returns nothing, select the Request to add ”…” chip.

The request goes to the Pluspoint team by email. It does not create anything in your account and does not change what you can connect today.

Delete an integration

  1. Select Delete on the row.
  2. Confirm on the Delete integration? dialog.

Warning The confirmation dialog does not tell you what else disappears, and for some platforms that is a lot. Deleting the Google integration deletes the Google reviews Pluspoint stored for the linked locations. Deleting Facebook deletes stored Facebook reviews and disables the Messenger and Instagram channels. Deleting WhatsApp disables every channel on that WhatsApp Business Account. Read the platform article before you delete. If the connection has merely stopped working, use Reconnect instead. Reconnecting the same account is not destructive and restores its location links.

Deleting is scoped to the row you selected. If you have two Google logins connected, deleting one leaves the other and its locations untouched.
