Reviews
Read reviews from every connected listing site in one feed, reply or automate replies, showcase them on your website, and analyse what customers say.
Reviews brings everything customers say about your locations into one place. Pluspoint collects reviews from Google, Facebook, iFood and a long list of other review sites. It groups them by location and brand, and gives you a single feed to read, reply to and report on. An AI analyser reads every review that has text and tags it with categories, keywords and sentiment. Those tags power the Category filter, the keyword highlighting inside each review card and the Insights charts.
What you can do here
- Read every review from every connected source in one filtered feed.
- Publish replies to Google and iFood from Pluspoint, and compose replies for every other site.

- Show your 5-star reviews on your own website with a pop-up or grid widget.
