Account settings
Find every account-level control in Pluspoint: your profile, billing, users, teams, brands and integrations, plus who is allowed to reach each one.
Settings is where you configure the account itself, not the day-to-day work inside it. It covers who you are, who else can log in, and what they are allowed to see. It also covers how the account is billed and which external services it is connected to. Most of the account-wide switches that other features depend on live here.
Where to find it
Select Settings in the left sidebar footer, or go to https://app.pluspoint.io/account-settings/profile.
The Settings tabs
| Tab | What it covers | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | Your own details, password, notifications | Everyone |
| Account | Account name, owner, locale, industry, API key, MCP connections | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
| Billing | Plan, locations and users you pay for, Local Directories, Pulse AI credits | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
| Brands | Location groups and their appearance | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
| Channels | Messaging channels and the team that owns each one | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
| Users | People in the account and the teams they belong to | Account Settings = Restricted or Full, or the account owner |
| Teams | Permission bundles, scope and membership | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
| Integrations | Connected third-party services | Account Settings = Full, or the account owner |
If your team’s Account Settings permission is None, the Profile tab is the only one you get. Any other Settings URL sends you back to it with an error message. See Users and permissions for how those tiers are assigned.
Shortcuts in the avatar menu
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of any page to jump straight to the most-used Settings pages.
Picking a different account under Switch account reloads the dashboard in that account. Teams, permissions and notification preferences are held separately in each account you belong to. The same person can be an administrator in one account and a restricted user in another.
