Locations
Keep every business location accurate in one place — details, hours, categories, connected profiles, photos, directories and performance data.
Locations is the record of every place your business operates. Here you store the name, address, phone number, opening hours, categories, descriptions and images. Pluspoint pushes those details out to your connected Google listing and to the local directories. Every other part of the platform hangs off a location too — reviews, surveys, campaigns, conversations and analytics.
A properly filled-in location is what earns a complete directory listing, and what keeps the connected Google listing matching what you meant to publish.
What you can do here
- Keep business details, addresses, contact information and descriptions accurate across every location.
- Add locations one at a time, import your Google Business Profile listings, or create and update hundreds at once with a CSV.
- Set weekly opening hours and per-date holiday overrides.
- Connect each location to Google, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and the region-specific platforms. Resolve any differences between Pluspoint and the connected listing.
- Track how complete each location is with the Optimization score, and see where you rank in local search.
- Publish a location to 50+ local directories with the Local Directories add-on.
