Pluspoint — AI local marketing platform

Social

Plan, schedule and publish posts to Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn from one calendar, then measure how they performed.

Social is where you write a post once and publish it across every location and every connected platform. Pluspoint creates a separate post for each location and each platform, publishes it through that location’s connected account, and reports on each one separately. Keep the same message everywhere, or tailor the text, the media and the call to action for each platform on its own tab.

What you can do here

  • Schedule posts to Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, plus Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories.
  • Plan the month in a calendar, drag a post to a different day, or work from a table instead.
  • Write a shared base post and override the message, media or call to action for individual platforms.
  • Insert location details such as [location], [city] and [primary_phone] so every location publishes its own version.
  • Save work as a draft, then schedule it when it is ready.
  • Retry a failed post, cancel one that has not gone out yet, or delete a live one where the platform allows it.
  • Track reach, likes, comments and shares for Facebook and Instagram posts, and export the numbers.

Where to find it

Social in the left sidebar, or go to https://app.pluspoint.io/social/posts. The section has two areas: Posts and Analytics.

Before you start

  • You need the Posts permission. Without it the Social group is hidden from the sidebar entirely. Restricted access lets you browse the calendar and table, but hides the Create new post button. You need full access to create, edit, schedule, retry, cancel or delete.
  • Your account must have an active Google or Facebook integration. Until one of them is connected, the Posts screen shows an Integration required message instead of the calendar. See Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram.
  • Every plan includes Social. There is no add-on to buy.

What each platform needs before you can post to it

You can post to a platform from a location only when that location owns a connected profile for it. Connect the account-level integration first under SettingsIntegrations. Then connect the individual locations under LocationsProfiles.

PlatformWhat has to be in place
GoogleThe Google integration, and a verified, connected Google profile on the location. See Google Business Profile.
Facebook and Facebook StoryThe Facebook integration, and a connected Facebook profile where the location owns the page directly rather than as a child of a parent page. See Facebook and Instagram.
Instagram and Instagram StoryNo connection of its own. Eligibility comes from the Instagram account linked on Meta’s side to that location’s own Facebook page.
TikTokThe TikTok integration and a connected TikTok profile on the location. See TikTok.
XThe X integration and a connected X profile on the location. See X.
LinkedInThe LinkedIn integration and a connected LinkedIn profile on the location. See LinkedIn.

Note Google and Facebook are what unlock the Posts screen. An account whose only social integrations are TikTok, X or LinkedIn still sees the Integration required message and cannot reach the calendar. Connect Google or Facebook even if you do not intend to publish there.

Each of these integrations supports several logins of the same type on one Pluspoint account. Every location publishes through the specific login it is connected to.
