Pluspoint — AI local marketing platform
MCP server for local businesses and franchises

Let Claude or ChatGPT handle your marketing for every location via MCP

Your favorite AI agent takes on complex marketing jobs, like a sentiment analysis of all reviews or a week of posts on every profile. You write a prompt or two and check the result.

Trusted by hundreds of local brands

Marketing many locations by hand runs into the usual problems, so time and mistakes pile up

Claude and ChatGPT can write the plan but can’t open your locations’ accounts. So your team logs in to each one, pastes every post and learns every dashboard.

  • Checking every location eats hours

Each location keeps its reviews and profile in a separate account. Finding the one that slipped means logging in to all of them, every week.

  • Your AI writes the post, then you paste it everywhere

ChatGPT writes the offer in seconds, but it can’t open a single profile. So someone pastes it into every location by hand, and typos slip in.

  • Every tool has its own dashboard to learn

Reviews, listings and posts each live in a different dashboard. Learning them all takes weeks, so you hire an expert or leave half of it unused.

With Pluspoint MCP, a chat with your AI agent replaces hours of work

Keep every location’s marketing running with the team you already have. Your agent connects with a link and a sign-in, so nobody waits on a developer.

We also plugged their MCP into our reporting setup, so I pull listing and review numbers straight into the AI assistant I already run reports through.

Pluspoint MCP lets your AI do the heavy lifting, so every location wins more customers

Your team gets back the hours it spent on logins and copy-paste, and each location earns more reviews and AI recommendations.

  1. Turn all reviews into a fix list for every location, and keep more customers

Your AI agent reads every review and survey answer, finds the complaints that cost each location customers, and fixes what it can on its own, like missing Sunday hours.

  2. Fill every location’s social calendar via your AI agent, so none goes quiet

Your AI agent writes next week’s posts for every location, picks the times and schedules them on its Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.

  3. Get new reviews at the locations that need them most, and lift their ratings

Share yesterday’s customer list, and your AI agent picks the locations short on reviews and sends everyone there the same review request. More reviews help AI recommend you.

  4. Sync every listing with one prompt, so AI recommends you

Your AI agent cleans up every Google profile at once, from categories to descriptions. With the listings add-on, the update reaches 200+ directories, so more customers find you.

  5. Hand the weekly report on all locations to your AI agent, and skip the spreadsheets

Your AI agent pulls each location’s rating, new reviews, survey scores and posts, compares regions and writes the summary, ready for your Monday meeting.

Connect your locations to your AI agent and save time today

  1. Step 1

Pick a time that suits you

Fifteen minutes, and nothing to prepare.

  2. Step 2

Add Pluspoint to your AI agent

Add the MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT with us, then hand it a first task for your own locations.

  3. Step 3

    Leave with your weekly prompts

You’ll know which jobs to hand to your AI each week, and the hours they free up.

Marketing MCP New Let Claude or ChatGPT handle your marketing for every location

Marketing MCP server for multi-location businesses, questions and answers

1. What is an MCP server, and what does Pluspoint’s do?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard AI assistants use to work with other software. Pluspoint is an MCP-first marketing platform for multi-location businesses and franchises, and its MCP server gives your assistant 26 tools: 15 read your locations, reviews, survey answers, conversations and posts, and 11 act, from publishing a post to sending a review request. It covers every location in your account. See MCP connections.
2. What exactly can my AI agent do through Pluspoint?
It acts on:
  • Google Business Profile. Hours, descriptions, categories, services, links and payment methods at every location. A new name, phone number, address, primary category or website waits for your confirmation.
  • 200+ directories, Apple, Bing, Yelp and Tripadvisor among them, with the listings add-on. Every profile update reaches them too.
  • Social posts on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, plus Facebook and Instagram Stories. It writes, schedules, moves, cancels and retries them, with the photos and videos you give it.
  • Review requests and surveys by SMS, WhatsApp and email, plus the contacts and sales events that start your automations.
  • Locations and brands. It adds new locations and keeps every field current.
It reads reviews from every connected source, survey answers, post statuses and inbox conversations, though not their message text. It can’t reply to reviews or chats or change logos and cover photos, and holiday hours stay in Pluspoint’s business hours.
3. Which AI assistants work with it?
Any assistant that lets you add a custom MCP connector, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and developer tools such as Cursor. Claude’s free plan allows one custom connector; on the others, your plan decides whether you can add one. Pluspoint’s sign-in works the same way in each of them.
4. Do I need a developer, an API key or Google Business Profile API access?
No. Paste https://app.pluspoint.io/mcp into your assistant, sign in to Pluspoint and approve. Pluspoint already connects to your Google profiles, so there’s no cloud project to set up and no API approval to wait for. Your account’s API key is only for your own code and Zapier.
5. Is there an MCP server for Google Business Profile?
Yes. Through Pluspoint’s MCP server, your assistant reads each location’s Google reviews and profile details, and updates opening hours, descriptions, services and links. Pluspoint sends each change to Google, and a new name, phone number, address, primary category or website waits for your confirmation first. See profile conflicts. For holiday hours, use Pluspoint’s business hours.
6. Can Claude or ChatGPT manage Google reviews for all my locations?
Your assistant reads every review with its rating, its source and the themes customers mention, finds the locations that slipped and sends review requests. It can’t publish replies yet. Answer reviews in Pluspoint, where AI can reply for you in your voice, as the review management page shows.
7. Can it post to Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X for each location?
Yes. One campaign goes to as many locations and networks as you pick, and Pluspoint fills in placeholders such as [location] and [city] for each one. Add a button such as Book or Order if you like. Stories carry media only. Your assistant can check each post’s status and retry one that failed. See posts.
8. Does the AI publish or change anything without my approval?
It acts only when you ask it to. Ask for drafts, and posts wait in your Pluspoint calendar until someone on your team schedules them. You can edit or cancel a scheduled post until it goes out. A new name, phone number, address, primary category or website waits for your confirmation before it reaches Google.
9. Can a franchisee connect only their own location?
Not yet. A connection covers the whole account, so connect it at head office or agency level. Only the account owner or a teammate with full access to settings can approve one. Franchisees keep their own Pluspoint logins, limited to their locations through teams.
10. Is my data safe, and can I disconnect?
You connect by signing in to Pluspoint, and the approval screen names the app that asks for access. Your assistant never sees your password or your API key, and each access token expires after 1 hour. Revoke a connection under MCP Connections in your account settings, and it stops working within the hour.
11. How much does the MCP server cost?
Nothing extra. The MCP server and the API are part of the single Pluspoint plan at $29 per location per month, with every feature included and billing from 3 locations. MCP and API calls spend no AI credits. Start the 14-day free trial without a credit card, or estimate your price on the pricing page.
12. Is there a REST API as well, and can I connect my POS or CRM?
Yes. The same 26 actions run as Pluspoint’s public REST API, documented at docs.pluspoint.io and signed with your account’s API key. Send purchases and visits as custom events to start automations, pull reviews and survey answers into your own reports, or connect through Zapier.
13. Can an agency connect several client accounts?
Yes. Approve each client account as its own connection. If you belong to several accounts, Pluspoint’s sign-in asks which one to connect, and each connection reaches only the account you approved.
14. Who is the Pluspoint MCP server not for?
A franchise that wants each franchisee to run their own AI connection, since access is per account. A team that wants its assistant to publish review replies, which happens in Pluspoint for now. A single location, since billing starts at 3 locations.
