Surveys
Collect customer feedback with QR codes and survey invitations, invite customers to your review sites, and track NPS across every location.
Surveys is where you ask customers what they thought of their visit. That answer becomes either a public review or a private complaint you can fix. You build a survey template once, then hand it to customers as a printed QR code, as a link, or as an invitation over SMS, email or WhatsApp. Every answer lands in one feed with the location, the rating and the contact attached.
What you can do here
- Build survey templates with a rating step, custom questions and your own review-site buttons.
- Print a QR code that takes a customer straight to the survey.
- Send survey invitations to one customer or to a list of contacts, with automatic follow-ups.
- Ask customers who report a poor experience for the details, and make leaving a review on Google, Facebook and other review sites effortless.
- Read, filter and export responses, and raise a ticket on any complaint.
- Track response rate, review rate, NPS and per-question results across locations.
Where to find it

Accounts on a plan without full surveys see a single QR Codes item instead. It opens the same template grid, where you can build review-generating QR codes. Collecting ratings, adding custom questions and sending invitations are locked behind an upgrade prompt.
